Hi everyone, welcome to ‘Clekitty Bites’

I was born and raised in New Zealand moved across the Tasman to Australia for a few years and now in Hong Kong.

I've always been what you would describe as a 'foodie'. My family have roots in the hospitality industry and from a Chinese-Vietnamese background all our happy memories have food as a central theme. Whether that is sharing a meal as a family for special occasions or gifting food items to family and friends,

As I grow older, I becoming more aware that the quality of food that I eat has a profound impact on the health of myself and my family. This blog will hopefully help others like myself find healthier ways to prepare food and source our ingredients as well.
